TOURISM ENTERPRISES: TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

RATES:

All published rates are net in INR. Rates are non-commissionable and based on tariffs. Rates and taxes may be subject to various factors such as demand, supply, and regulations.

 

BOOKING PROCEDURE:

Tourism Enterprises will only accept bookings and enquiries in writing.

 

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

All bookings must be confirmed in writing within Tourism Enterprises official email

  1. Group rates are based on a minimum group size of 20 pax.
  2. For last-minute bookings (bookings within one month before arrival), we require full payment after confirmation.
  3. Options will expire automatically on the release dates.
  4. A final rooming list is due 15 days prior to arrival. From 15 days up to 7 days, a deviation of 10% of the total rooming requirement is allowed. A backdown of within 7 days before arrival is subject to 100% cancellation costs.
  5. We will do our best to meet your request for alterations to the booking, which you have confirmed. However, if this would involve major alterations to the confirmed arrangements, such as a change in arrival, departure, or accommodation, we may be liable to pay cancellation charges on your behalf. Therefore, we reserve the right to treat the original booking as cancelled by you and it will be subject to the cancellation charges as shown below.
  6. If any cancellation reduces the size of the group, the rates will be adjusted to reflect the new group size.

 

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations must be in writing and will come into force on the day it is received by us. During office hours only. Tourism Enterprises will reconfirm the cancellation. You must always request Tourism Enterprises to re-check the cancellations as proof that the cancellation has been done.

If cancellation takes place:

  • more than 90 days before arrival date, the client is not liable to pay any cancellation.
  • between 89 and 60 days before arrival date, the client is liable to pay 10% of reservation value
  • between 59 and 40 days before arrival date, the client is liable to pay 20% of reservation value
  • between 39 and 30 days before arrival date, the client is liable to pay 40% of reservation value
  • between 29 and 20 days before arrival date, the client is liable to pay 75% of reservation value
  • between 19 and 6 days before arrival date, the client is liable to pay 90% of reservation value
  • 5 days before arrival date, the client is liable to pay 100% of reservation value

However, for some hotels, stricter conditions may apply.

 

VOUCHER:

We have to issue your vouchers, which will state, "Booking and payment through Tourism Enterprises”. Vouchers are honored by the understanding that each voucher states the correct information concerning the booking details confirmed by Tourism Enterprises, therefore, we are not responsible for any errors or mistakes made on your behalf.

 

COMPLAINTS:

In case of any complaints concerning the travel arrangements made through Tourism Enterprises, passengers are requested to contact Tourism Enterprises immediately. Tourism Enterprises will do it’s maximal to solve the issue in an agreeable way. In case the complaint is not solved in a satisfying and acceptable way, Tourism Enterprises will need a written letter of grievance within a week after departure. Complaints of clients who have not communicated to us their problem during their stay and letters of complaints which are not received on time, will not be dealt with. 

 

PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

After the reservation is confirmed by you, we require a deposit as indicated on the confirmation. The balance amount is required on our bank account at least 1 week before arrival, via bank-swift or cards.

 

JURIDICAL LEGAL COSTS:

If Tourism Enterprises is placed in the position where we are forced to take legal action to recover outstanding amounts, the incasso or juridical legal costs and lost interest will be added in full to the amount debt by the client.

Tourism Enterprises reserves the right to cancel all arrangements and bookings without prior notice in case of non-compliance with the above mentioned conditions.

 

ADDITIONAL POINTS:

  • The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • City taxes not included (directly payable at the time of check in/out).
  • In Airport / Train station transfers : 01 Check in (max. dimensions 158cm) length + width + height = 158cm + 01  Hand Luggage Allowed Per pax, Late Night Surcharge will be applicable as extra if transfer time lies between 10 PM - 05 AM, More than one vehicle may be used, depending on availability.
  • All tours on SIC / Sharing Basis : Starts/Ends at City Center & Subject to availability & operation at the time of booking (No Pick up and drop from/to the hotel).
  • Given Train Tickets are for 02nd class category (Subject to change at the time of issuance, as Train price always dynamic & can't be hold. It's tentative prices as ticket booking window is not open yet for booking).
  • Tea/Coffee Kettles in rooms will subject to availability from hotel to hotel. At the time of booking we can request hotels for these facilities – subject to availability but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Air conditioning in rooms is not common in Netherlands, France, Austria & Switzerland especially. Air condition cannot be guaranteed in any of the hotels anywhere in Europe. 
  • The change in dates/No. of Pax /Requirements will attract re-quote.
  • Hotels in Europe do not provide free mineral water in the rooms. Please specifically ask for water in your quote or requirement as this will be an extra cost.
  • Rates might change if traveling dates will be in blackout periods, major trade fairs & exhibitions.
  • On acceptance of above reservation, we will process your request and revert for confirmation along with Auto – Cancellation dateline for payment.
  • Any changes or cancellation after Cancellation Dateline will result in Cancellation Charges.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE :

  • Any special request such as (room next to each other, connecting rooms, room on the same floor, 1 king size / 1 double bed, floor covering of any description, early check in, non/ smoking room, etc. ) is subject to availability on first come first serve basis upon your guest arrival at the hotel and it is totally discretionary and up to the hotel to assign. However we will request this for you as priority.
  • Passport should be valid up to six months from the date of return.
